Two Towers continued to dominate the megaplexes. An AOL Time Warner representive estimated 'TTT' total worldwide box office "between $390 and $400 million." Half of that is from its 12 days in release in the US. Outside the US, the UK saw US$28 million in TTT sales, Germany came in with $25 million. 'TTT' destroyed Australia's previous single day record by 25%. That record was set by Fellowship of the Rings.
