    Eine Autopanne zwingt Sechs junge Menschen, in einem urigen Hinterwaldnest
    Station zu machen. Was diesen Ort von anderen Kuh- Käffern aber unterscheidet,
    ist ein beunruhigend lebensnahes Wachsfigurenkabinett von monströsen Ausmaßen.

    Mein nachtropfendes Fazit:

    Perfekter geht`s eigentlich nicht im a la Oldschool- Gruseler, der für mich mit viel Charme
    ungeheure Mengen Wachs versprüht als gäb`s echt kein morgen mehr.
    HOUSE OF WAX: Aufwendig, handgemacht und feinwürzig wie ein lecker köstlicher Semmelknödel,
    der mir dann aber vor Aufregung im Hals kleben bleibt. Haha. Nicht seicht und auch nicht verblödet
    haut der Film in Sachen Ekel, Blutsturz und Gekröse ordentlich auf die Slasher- Pauke,.....Jason und
    seine Freunde könnten es nicht besser. Und so tut`s mir ergo überhaupt nicht leid, dass ich mich den
    zum Teil verachtenden Bewertungen im Netz nicht anschließen kann.

    J'avais déjà eu sous la main le dvd mais je dois dire que ce blu-ray est de toute beauté et renvoie le dvd à l'age de pierre !!! D'accord je me suis emporté pour le titre de mon commentaire car Paris fait une petite apparition en somme. Le film n'est pas sans rappeler , dans le meme genre "détours mortels" ou vendredi 13, mais le début du film est marqué par quelques longueurs. Globalement l'atmosphère du film est très flippante.

    Sur le blu-ray: parfois un peu de grain sur l'image mais le plus souvent la limpidité de l' image est à peine croyable ! Notamment dans la grande scène finale de la maison qui brule: le niveau de détail est fabuleux! Une scène d'anthologie dans le macabre !
