    If you love gospel music, you will love this CD. This movie is on my top 10 list of best movies ever and if you haven't seen it, see it NOW! This CD is also one of the best soundtrack albums I own. I bought it years ago and lost it, so just recently purchased it again on Amazon. Of course, the movie is all about a gospel choir, so it would make sense they would have an awesome soundtrack. I love all the songs on this CD. There are more traditional ones - the Reverend Shirley Caesar makes an appearance in the movie and in the soundtrack, and there are some more modern ones, and there is a fantastic hip hop song. They only play part of it in the movie, before they get interrupted, but you get the entire song in the soundtrack and it is phenomenal . Very well done, great lyrics, and the rappers are stars in their own right. I highly recommend this CD who appreciates the inspiring thrill of listening to wonderful and uplifting gospel songs sung by remarkable singers. And don't forget Queen Bey is in the movie and in the soundtrack! Her rendition of "When The Saints Go Marching In" is just awe-inspiring. Buy this now!!

    I remember when I went to see this movie, I fell in love w/the soundtrack & it was a must have for me. So many tracks to enjoy, but my favorite is He Still Loves Me. Recommend to all, there are even some songs w/have rap on it for the younger crowd & for the more older crowd there are songs by Shirley Caesar & Dorthy Norwood.
