A man awakes on a hospital with amnesia after having a car accident last night. Later, he's given the new that his brother was killed last night. Sad and angry, he swears revenge on the murderer. Along with his girlfriend, he start finding clues about the murder. He still remembers what happened that night, but nobody seems to know why. He says that he received a call, then the phone line was cut and that was about 8:00 PM. But for surprise of the doctors, his version is good for the cops who examined the crime scene. But later, he start getting flashbacks about what really happened, and then he remembers what really happened that night: he was the murderer, but after the murder, he went away and did his plan very cleverly to fool everyone, and then he went away still planning it, in the way he had the accident and forgot everything what happened, except the lie he was planning, but he thinks it's true because it's the only thing that he remembers. He's so sure about it that he passes well the polygraph test. At the end, he's so full of sadness that he commits suicide in front of his brother's grave, as he had promised before he would kill the murderer when he finds it. Through the entire movie, his girlfriend knew what happened but she kept quiet because she was the responsible for he killing his brother.
