in a school and community where everybody knows everything about everybody and everybody seems like the perfect neighbour one family moves in the area, lifes perfect for adobted little damian davies in school he has the time of his life but while being a well known trouble maker in his old town merthyr tydfil, he gets in trouble in his new school and has to stay behind after school with his teacher Mr. X. supposed to be a model citizen, damian follows him out of his suspiciousness and descovers he is a top secret agent whos in town trying to bust a gang of neighbourhood killers who are connected with the biggest drug scam ever. But later the papers read how he disapears, but damian knows the bad guys have him, so its up to damian to find out what he can and save Mr. X
