I have an idea for a film where the entire back story is that you have a man who was selected at birth to be replicated and experimented upon by the government in power, and how they selected him was through the national database for DNA that is to be collected at birth to be stored in a criminal database, however it makes a stop over by a lab where people work day and night to troll through these records to find the right one. The one they pick has a few key anomalies in his structure, so they clone him. They make eight clones to experiment on, only one (the sixth one) survives, but they made an enormous error. The man in question breaks out of his containment, demolishes the secret lab and escapes into the public. He would start assassinating politicians, doing what he was made to do but against the people that he viewed as his creators. The bulk of the movie is told with news stories and various law enforcement agencies collaborating to bring this deranged experiment in, but they have no clue what he's capable of.
